Why? Well - the colours blend in together so well! The clour cover makes for a beautiful sunset, which reflects nicely off the water, and also turns the posts into great silhouettes to boot.
The silhouette of the horizon also comes out beautifully on the far right, and set to the right of the sunset to contrast the posts which are set more centre middle; keeping these all offset adds to the image marvellously.
The only thing I could possibly suggest to improve this shot is to correct the angle, as it appears to lean to the right a little too much.
Overall though, this is a brilliantly laid out deviation and has a great range of colour as well as use of the water and silhouettes.
